Can not figure out why he'd set two return address stickers....guess it's a fraud (?)

I got a text on my cell, saying it had been from bank atlantic, a California bank i used to have a merchant account with. I didnt trust it so i didnt phone call it, but recently i've been getting different various text-junk on my cell

Man can't possibly speak good English! Stating that heis from a law enforcement/legal team or something and threatening my man using a law suit! The frightening thing is that he said the last 4 of husband's ss range!! These people have now been contacting me and my boyfriends telephones, stateing they are in the USA government Legislation office and Appropriate Dep. And have a claim against my Name and Soc Sec#. And Appropriate action will undoubtedly be taken against me,they dont speak English. Used to do a reverse phone number search paid to find out what they're. They are a buzz Heart, I believe they are trying to get money from me. I sent applications for a loan and since then ive been getting like 30 calls a day from these people. They are not the US government. His name suposidly is Dan Richards. They're based outa Harrisburg, PA. I dont know what todo. They wont stop harassing me. And threatening me with legal action. I have done nothing improper. They mustt of got my information from the internet. I am presently not working as a result of car accident and was simply wanting to pay my costs.

got 3 junk emails from the "cove" listing this as his telephone number indicating he is interested in homes i have on craigslist
