Today we received the exact same letter. Good handwriting on cover. 201 Armstrong Street #507 - the Halifax Post-Office address.

Left no information although called. Called back and 'amount is not operating.' Blocked.

Unsure how these individuals got as much info on me while they have, however they realized my lender, last for of my SSN, along with the year that I needed the mortgage through the organization they certainly were apparently collecting for.
