The return address was a preprinted stamp " 201 Armstrong Street #507 Halifax, PA 17032. Who actually is trying to purchase properties are a busy lot.

Only got the same thing in the mail today with same handwritten message. This person musthave a great deal of time on his hands.

The notification was also received by me using this socalled COVE. FRAUD!!!! same information was in my correspondence too.
