An individual using this variety called me with hazards of instant government prosecution for tax-fraud agains my husband and me. He told broker was in my doorstep two-times and we weren't available. Owner refused to deliver me a page detailing what the troubles were. Owner did not ask any info. Owner made closing affirmation wait for agent for next min.
