I took the liberty to locate Tri County Flues (because you had mentioned you could not see them online) about the STATE SECURED SITE & BE ASSURED, THEY ARRIVED FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED. THEY'RE LISTED HIC CONTRACTORS AND AFTER SEARCHING THE EEE THEY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEY'RE ORGANIZATION. I decided to go forward with their service and was more then pleased with service and the guys, they supplied me with a reciept upon end with a service warentee and would definetly recommend them.

Unfortunatley deposits left of components for work upon are non-refundable deposits that folks agree... im a law student so im certain with this... i would suggest you check and see if your daddy signed any paperwork for this, that would be considered a solution to get your deposit back

DON'T COPE WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS...My father also got a number from their website offering him a bargain on chimney cleaning and then informed him he needed all kinds of work on his chimney which might cost him over $5,000 and claimed they needed a deposit check which was for $2,500. He's 84 years of age and offered them the check. Mentioned they made it appear to be it was vital and that his life could be in danger. In order that they took advantage of him he's experiencing dementia. I then found out within 24-hours and called to cancel and they told me that the particular areas were already requested and that he would have to purchase them-which would cost $3,000 thus they weren't giving him his deposit back to him. Following A long chat together getting nowhere I set a stop payment to the check which cost us $40. Then I named our area District Attorney who reassured us which they would look after these individuals...those who prey to the elderly and I've never heard from their store since...
