Tri-State Flues were within our neighborhod and presented a good value on chimney cleaning. Then they decided that individuals needed a chimney liner. We decided. The task cost $1632.00 including lifetime warranty and biyearly cleaning. Cost looked fair, but eventually a guarantee is only just like the business behind it. A couple of months later the chimney cap dropped to the floor. It had been poorly instaled. We have named many times to have the limit replaced all to no avail. Eight months later and still no limit on the fireplace.

We got a phone-calls from Tri County Flues expressing that they had not cleaned our flue in eighteen weeks and we must have it-done. They would maintain the location and had a special price, $45. My man said OK. Really our fireplace had never been cleaned by them before. The inventors arrived today and said we are in need of a fresh metal flue lining, $2,200. We're somewhat hesitant, think we may require an additional opinion...BTW, there was totally free for your visit.

This company scams people from hard earned money and should be embarrased. Keep away from the corporation. Do your research first...stay away. Far! The person named web user who submitted responses with this board appears to be the business enterprise owner. Don't get CHEATED like we did. What a waste business' like this exist.
