Named me 14 times in a row. Thankfully I have mr number. Usually they'd have now been in a position to get through.

Recvd phone-calls from an individual from 1-middleeastern decent, left an extremely obnoxious and threating communication, indicated that i owed money to them and if I did not pay, all the best and god bless. They've called seven times in a row. Extremely threating. I registered a problem with this specific web site and I also called my local police department http://complaint.ic3.gov/

I received a phone-calls from my dad while i was at wrk showing me that an attorney John Mason was searching for me due to a felony warrent that was gonna be served to me if i didnt pay 955.00 in 30 mins and i was gonna be found at my place of employment due to a bounced-check i had written to a cash advance business 6 years ago. I'd never received any signals on this subject before friday november. 28 2011. I unfortuatley paided this wonderful on my credit card but later beleived that it had been a fraud so i cancelled the cost and reported this to the local attorities. Be carefull people...

It is interesting to see these individuals yell at you about the hand-set. But in the same time maybe you should manage your check before they file a judgement on you or take wages.

I started to ask questions on why I'd not been served documents and why this hadn't been prepared through the court ect ect and I told him I'd written for the county atterny ect ect and named n mason back... this didn't make him too happy and he began yelling and name calling and more hazards...he stumbled on his words and changing information, ultimately he said."I am going to tell the judge you refused to pay restitution and we will see where your @ss are at 1 pm" and hung up on me. The region was called by me again and they told me to number the police and greater business bueru... they informed me he may push civil charges and I contacted what the law states but paperwork will always be engaged and it always undergoes the court. Its currently 2:23 pm and there is NO warrant for my arrest...so I suppose I stay and wait and see LOL... till I get proof or paperwork I do not give cash this screams con though.and... Watch out for he

J mason called my husbands dad and reported there clearly was a warrent for my arrest at the time of 1pm today. My husband contacted me and I named n mason. He mentioned that he'd a check I had wrote like 3 years back once again to a payday advance company and basically didn't pay 1237.75 (3 times the quantity of what was really owed) I'd be caught and that the "judge was putting the book at me" and a "no contact order was set for me not to contact advance company" that I can pay credit or money order to him and he'd provide the advance company their slice. I told him I'd phone call back briefly and called my local district atterny, clerk of court and civil division. All mentioned there was no report of ANYTHING and deff no order of no contact. I subsequently called progress company who mentioned delinquent assessments are sold by them to collection agencies when they had nothing to do with my check any more and can not be gathered. (Thus j mason lied.about sending progress business the cash and about no contact order)
