J mason called my husbands dad and reported there clearly was a warrent for my arrest at the time of 1pm today. My husband contacted me and I named n mason. He mentioned that he'd a check I had wrote like 3 years back once again to a payday advance company and basically didn't pay 1237.75 (3 times the quantity of what was really owed) I'd be caught and that the "judge was putting the book at me" and a "no contact order was set for me not to contact advance company" that I can pay credit or money order to him and he'd provide the advance company their slice. I told him I'd phone call back briefly and called my local district atterny, clerk of court and civil division. All mentioned there was no report of ANYTHING and deff no order of no contact. I subsequently called progress company who mentioned delinquent assessments are sold by them to collection agencies when they had nothing to do with my check any more and can not be gathered. (Thus j mason lied.about sending progress business the cash and about no contact order)

I got a local call from my brother that some guy was searching for me in relation to a warrant going to be supplied for me. I called the man and he said he was an attorney. He told me a warrant was going to be issued for me and I'd a poor check from 09. He gave all the check information to me and as it turns out it was a check I wrote to your payday-loan business years ago. They explained the bill was sent by them off to be prepared for legal action and I named the lender I got just a little scared. I called the guy back and paid the check off which evidently included outrageous amount of costs and interest. I called the police dept regarding the guy claiming to be an attorney, the police told me i didnt have a warrant out for me but he also told me that if it wasnt supplied theres no way to tell if i had one in the act of being submitted without obtaining an attorney subpoena the court system for that information.

This individual has called me atleast 20 2times in AROW. I dont know who they're or what they desire! If I hear from their store again might call the police!

I keep getting calls from this number saying they've a warrant for my arrest from a check I wrote back in 2008 (Which the check does not occur because I closed that account back in 2006 and burned all inspections and information before I popped a brand new account within the state I'm in now) and basically do not pay them 723.12$ I would definitely be arrested today! He actually claimed I had been on servalence video. I expected for him to send me info on the event so that the proof can be seen by me and he stated that he is not required to send me anything legally. They wanted my card information to decline the cause. J W Mason with a few fake state-law-organization. I tested with the police office and I submitted a study and don't have a warrant as well as have a police official local call the quantity back to see if it had been legit. He instructed officer that this was not a police issue.
