I also received a phone-calls from a dangerous mid-asian guy about me being selected for an $8,000 grant. He first validated my private information that he already had - he also asked me easily wished my $8,000 sent to my bank account (don't offer him a bank account number. to wire funds into as I assume this is exactly what he was after). He desired me to call the above mentioned # and once I did the line was dead atmosphere. Unsure what that is all about, but when I named 202/552-1060 nothing came of the phone local call. Bottom line - FRAUD!!
