Remaining voice msg that provided an instance & claimed extremely time sensitive (named on 4/18/16 - coincidentally day 2015 taxes due). Informed that if I or my lawyer didn't contact 202-552-6659, all caller may do was wish you a great chance (appealing & odd inclusion of report a) since the situation unfolds.

Seems to be a fraud regarding administration action along with a need-to look before a magistrate in order to avoid having gridlock charged. Claims to become a final notice, although there was never any previous notice.

Robovoice from 202-552-7520 saying they certainly were from your Treasury team regarding some form of tax evasion & that we need to contact (offered a case) them instantly. I looked up others & this range have had exactly the same messages. At the end it says something such as... I wish then all the best, if you or your lawyer does not contact us. Not right English. Scam DoN't call them

Rec'd a call from amount 202-552-5193 at 10. A recording stated that I had a lawsuits (not many) against me and that's was of the time issue. They provided me a case amount (identical to others indicated) which I needed to have my appointed attorney to contact relating to this issue, not me. I do not have any lawsuits against me. This amount was checked by me under a white site scam listing and they're found being an extortion list. I know the IRS doesn't call people about these things.

Named & left msg from Treasury that we were being prosecuted & needed to return call asap. We are outdated, don't owe anybody or anything. Really irritating.

9 times have been named by this provider from 925-233-6309 now from 805-203-9157.

Could not realize the start of the call, informed me the matter at-hand was exceptionally time-sensitive,do not dismiss this communication and do return this phone-calls, easily did not return the call or have my lawyer return the phone call, they claimed the one thing they could do was to desire me good luck as being a condition unfolds on me.

Voice-recorded message explained there been has a legal problem registered against my attorney and me or I have to contact them back. It's an a fraud. I workin sales and know to get a fact the government does not do business in this manner.

I named the amount back and instructed them to stop contacting me. So that you actually know where your calling, discover who your calling and make a declaration then hung up on me the Indian person on other conclusion suggests. They retain making me messages that there's a criminal suit against me. Scam

Got Robo call saying I needed to contact ASAP or have my Attorney contact or they will come for all of US with should younot call All The Best and concluded.

This is a follow-up to my past complaint. No sooner did I publish my problem subsequently my telephone rang. It had been from the same amount but now there is a live caller - man - who questioned basically was (and used my name). He discovered herself as calling from the informed him that I wanted my name removed his calling number and that his contact number wasn't that of the Treasury Division. Advised him to prevent call back again and hung up.

Stated to be the Internal Revenue Support calling about case number CH76295's Appropriate Division. Said this was my last chance (never requested/mentioned my name) to prevent speedy charge for criminal charges.Called amount back just to observe what more they would claim - No Response.

They're currently hoping on senior citizens.

Mentioned they had a need to communicate with my lawyer in regards to a legal charge that I'd be in quite bad difficulty if my attorney or I did not call and I had been associated with.

Just got this call on my landline. Did not reply it, out it came up-on my answering device while the following: Automatic Voice Recording claims that they are in the IRS, that there's a 'criminal suit' being filed against us. Presents this as a call back quantity, as well as in light of the fact that the IRS doesn't contact anyone by doing this, it is a SCAM
