Received unsolicited phone-calls.

This is the second issue I've made today, they've termed me 4 times today. They sometimes have a communication that is recorded when I select it-up or it disconnects. I yell to get down me and call them back, they don't. This really is to harassment's stage and Iam planning to turn it to the authorities if I have calls. Cannot you stop them

After I have requested them to avoid and put me on their Don't call list, they number consistently. They continue to buzz, I don't remedy them, and they still phone call. They never give the name of the organization, or their name. They just hang up the phone on me, basically phone-calls them back once again to ask them to avoid, after they keep calling me.
