This company called me proclaiming i'm being taken to get a payday loan i never received up to court. They are saying they're currently going to send out someone to my property to deliver me a summons to court. I never received any communication from this firm.

Callled me several times since 5/27/2014. The calls are available one in the morning, in twice per day as soon as at night. A recording responses, proclaiming that every one workers are not idle and to call-back later. If you'd like to be on a do not contact list after that it asks,. They require your name and telephone number when these records is accessed. Our number hasbeen around the don't call regustry for quite a while. I described company for the FTC. Based on the info I have observed, the organization is apparently Choic One Communications.

Called saying I had been accepted for a loan from 1,000 to 10,000. Mentioned I had a need to go-to 7 Eleven and obtain a green dot card insert 350.00 local call them back and present information to exhibit I hv first fee. I can get the 350.00 from card and after it is confirmed 2,000 is likely to be delivered to my bank and put in bank likewise. Did not do it since it did not make any impression. Mentioned I had to get this done because my credit was poor & they'd not have the ability to withdraw cash from my account. Realized it had been a con. Hung up on him. He keep calling back.
