he called me said he was going to be taking me to court over my 24-hour fitness membership. Wasn't professional at-all, i called back after looking over this first review, as i thought he said he was an attorney likewise, and when he answered he said national credit, then i called him a liar, and he began to say he works for the attorney as an associate.

This fellow called himself "Ted Lykin" and believed to be an attorney but then again tracked and said that "I never said I was an attorney" stating "I called on behalf of attorneys..." Fundamentally, in my opionion, he was one of the rudist folks I have ever talked with. I believe he's a two bit debt collector.

I got a local call but no information was left on my work phone.

This person called about my anytime conditioning contract, but he collects debts for abc financial. thats who you purchase your gym membership. I called abc and told them of the phone call i received. everyone shoud do the exact same. Then he will drop his deal with them, because what he's doing isn't authorized legally

OBNOXIOUS and ugly hand-set strategies. Explained these were getting ready to take me to court over a Golds Gym acount...that monthly I paid through auto-matic credit! They said they are documented in Texas as Internal Credit and they were collectors for different gym memberships

Good Luck getting income from a gym membership that stop my access after 1 mo late payment...Yeah I am not investing in a membership I have no access also...I will see u in courtroom IRRITATING y%^&!!!!
