Came through with my first name when I did not answer another text. 24 hours later I wording back and it expected if it was me (used my first name again) and mentioned their name was Jess. I answered that I did not know a Jess. After that it explained that my range was in their telephone. I again explained no Jess was known by me plus they said their last name was Appenello. Dialogue was described to my phone provider now to below.
