Got telemarketing phone-calls on my cell-phone which can be registered on the Don't Phone Call List. This was a recorded message attempting to sell automobile insurance.

Skipped local call on the cell phone that has not been useful for over a year (since my dad passed) and no-one gets the variety to but my family. I asked the business name and called this number back, the opt out key did not work so I forced the key to talk to someone, she said it's Insurance Placement Center...

Acquired local call onmy cel, handset only called once and the caller hungup. So I thought it could be someone I recognized this is a local for me. I didn't number back after searching and finding this info here about any of it being a telemarketer.
