Claims his name is Paul Smith claiming i am being billed with collateral fraud and claiming to stay Ny with a case number from a payday loan place, giving me specifics from my payday loan request. Be careful when making payday loan requests. I take advantage of No other areas and simply mycashnow. Called me at the office. I tested my bill by calling the pay day loan spot when i got home from work. was requesting my pin number. told him i didnt realize it I'd it athome.

Well they called stating i have todo an inservice to renew my cna certificate without that then icant renew it...

They're not attorneys they're for a payday loan and many internet payday loans aren't legal. They can not put you in jail since when they gave the mortgage they new to you you didnt have the money the only thing they can-do is take you to small-claims court and only pay the payment not the entire total

Received a phone-calls from Paul Smith claiming to be always a paralegal in Jacksonville, Florida. , major middle eastern accent. Declaring I was being sued for doing numerous fraudulent bank offenses. Wished To confirm my home address and cultural. NO information was given by me. What he had was all wrong. I informed him he had the incorrect person and hungup. Did not answer the telephone another 7 or 8 times this number called. Be cautious. Give no info!

Well it looks like the fraud folks are trying a brand new variety but with the same voicemail message. The cause number is definitely an imperfect cause number for Duval County, Florida. Returned the phone call to the above-referenced range, defined I was a legal assistant, was placed on hold and nobody returned.

Same individuals harassing me.30-40 calls a day. They've several telephone numbers. They threaten easily do not pay.but I don't owe them that Iam likely to jail. They will not do something on paper. TOTAL SCAM!

11 got a phone-calls from this person "Paul Smith" (yea right, not with that indian feature)on my work range Same slogan--he's calling from the "Law and Enforcement Agency" he then asked for me by complete name (first and last name). he claims that I owe money on the payday loan, but can not tell me what company he's with, what company the loan is with. When I told him that I had a need to receive this request written down he called me a b***h & hungup on me. He's been calling repeatedly & is very horrible

Promises to be "Jack Roberts"calling for attny Allen Matkins attorney declaring legal action against me... In exploring this law firm can be a visible firm in LA... Indian accent, extremely doubtful! Lol

This "ross parker" is just a scam-artist. Arrested me of taking out a loan. Threatened to sue me. All lies. Simply hang up the phone on these people. Dont let them waste your time and effort.
