This quantity can be used to validate that the phoneline is operational and that one speaks Spanish. I've TODAY gotten a call from Montreal, Canada but used to do NOT answer. NO information was left. That mobile number is (514) 904 3190. BEWARE!!! I fear this might be one of those BOGUS kidnapping scams.
