Somebody named Glen from Usonia Group named repeatedly every-day going back three nights asking for somebody named Douglas. No body named Douglas has previously lived below. It is a no call number. The citizen is 100% impaired and will not hear.

Should be around 10-12 call a-day.

Pc calls that people can not tell to stop calling
