This is a bank/ mortgage company for HUD. Don't avoid hence phone call, they're suggesting there's a problem together with your mortgage. Phone call them, you'll be pleased you did.

They're the worst mortgage corporation ever. They say you're delinquent if you do not make your oddment about the first and phone call you. I have never been 30 days late but often I do use the 16-day period or even easily get a little around I will spend the late charge but never 30 days late. I've never had a...
