Gordana Anne Stefulic (the Participant) is a member of the Ontario University ofTeachers.2. At all material times, the Member was utilized by the Toronto District School Board(the Board) as a Key at [XX] School (the School) in Ontario.3. Throughout The 2007-2008 academic year, the Participant granted and/or permitted Scholar No. 1and Student No. 2, two male individuals of the Table under the age of sixteen years, entryand/or access to her Facebook page and by so doing, helped Student No. 1 and StudentNo. 2 to access wrong and/or view material including:(a) A photographic impression of a male individual with out a top, wearing a Speedo swimsuit and entitled, Meal of Your Day(b) A drawing showing a naked lady depicting her breasts and a naked man holding a line that has been tied to his well-endowed penis.4. Through The 2007-2008 academic year, the Member,(a) permitted a student and/or students to have access to some particular laptop computer which she knew or ought to have known contained images of the pornographic nature or sexual nature, which appeared to reflect small adolescent males(t) permitted a student and/or students to have access to the classroom computer which she knew or ought to have known contained pornographic images and/or violent cartoon images and/or images of nude bodies(h) requested and/or authorized Pupil No. 3, Scholar No. 4 and Student No. 5, male students, to provide her a massage and(d) produced no initiatives to stop or prevent a pupil and/or students from seeking to massage her back.THE CONTROL COMMITTEE WILL HOLD A HEARING pursuant to sections 30 and 32 of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996, to determine whether the claims are true and whether Gordana Anne Stefulic is guilty of professional misconduct.
