I keep telling them that's illegal as the sheriff would have to goto my brother's legal residence to serve papers to him and MY HOUSEHOLD is not his legal residence.

It is a scam and i have wanted them to take my number from their list, nonetheless they are still calling. this class has-been shifting often and I've recieved calls from numerous phone numbers in numerous aspects of the country however the style is always exactly the same female.
