Received phone-calls out of this telephone number at 9:40CST on 02/27/14 on my cellular phone.

I got a text at 6:06 p.m. 9/11/2012 declaring BestBuy Cust 51516 You won your card Today the 1000 Best Buy Treasure State www.tinyurl.com/9mhwbewThe above text came to me in the same way I wrote it. As I've since learned from several posts that is really a fraud to identity appropriate cell's for different scams I've not clicked on the web link.

They declare that they are from Bill Services and because of the US government bail out they may lower my interest-rate. They're a licensed nonprofit organization. They expected me to press 1, which I did. I said that I'd 32K in credit card debt and acted excited. They hung up. About reducing credit debt calls often. Has anyone documented them to athorities This has been going on for some time, I would thaink that this variety would be easily followed and stopped.

Scam would be to have the Zip Code first and then declare that they should verify that one account is in good position with a balance of 4k or even more. The subsequently ask for the card number and / or the termination time. Lastly they ask for the card number. Chances are they put you on hold and examine the card utilising the desk phone number on the rear of the card. I lost about a quarter-hour of their own time providing a card that were exchanged. Etc. This one and gave artificial zip code did not request the final 4 of SS quantity. Most can ask though. Do not provide them with any info. SCAM ARTIST. SCAM.
