Owner said that these were from the U.S. Offer Division in Washington DC. I usually answer no thanks and they've needed the past few months and hangup the telephone.

Two hang-up calls today from these scammers. One at about 10:15 am and the other at 4:05 pm. Instant Caller was claimed by Caller ID. Dull.

Tonite I received several calls from different numbers. When they blew up my desk phone I answered it. The explained I was picked from a list of individuals with excellent credit, generally on time paying bills on time(Not Me) and they certainly were from the US Government. I hung up in it and still they keep calling back
