If you try to submit an internet search all you will get is its s landline, but I managed to use s program at work and discovered that this would be scam artist would be using a dialer application and spoofing these numbers, located their IP address, mac address and would be sending this to the FTC so they can shut this crap down! Guess they were not expecting someone that works in s field with investigative tools... Better run Scammer crack heads!
