I also ask him basically can take a note or get him to voicemail he gets angry. I dont know what he's so angry about, but it is frustrating working with him. And...

Hey Annoyed, I just work at a company that does the same thing so far as what he stated, offering a "intended salesman" unique names, and 98% of the time, these names are not of anyone who works for my company, or what we do is shift him into a nameless basic voicemail box, which is full more frequently than not of "promote speals". Our receptionist received a phone-calls from this person and he did discover who he was and who he was with, but desired to communicate with my preservation director, never to provide a top on the desk phone, but to ask him if we had any troubles he could emerge an examine to give us a free of charge, no-obligation bid.

I received a phone-calls out of this number asking for the facilities maintenance director, specially for roofing problems. I work for a company with complexes throughout the state. He was very irritating from the beginning stating that he had recently been provided five unique labels. I tried to spell out our situation, and questioned why he was calling. He'd not give me a remedy. He simply wanted the main one person in control of our facilities maintenance. There is not just one. We've different people for different properties which he chuckled at (but we aren't co-found). He didn't like my reply and while I tried to show patience with him, he kept me about the mobile, and kept repeating herself... saying all he wanted was the name of the "services maintenance director". He was really irritating, and he left me moving after our ten plus second hand-set phone-calls.

Requested for facilities director to speak to him about any roofing problems we have. He claimed it was not just a sales call, and he did provide a free quote for your roofing problems we've and we had none at that time, but I am aware we will get some later on as there's no such thing as a maintenance free roof! I offered him our email so we could keep it on record so he could send a link to his site and his contact info. Great person!

This person said he called me from a D&Blist, asking for the preservation supervisor, I asked what the call was regarding and he said it was in regards to the roof. It's sort of relaxing knowing that of all telemarketing available, he was straight-forward, no beating across the bush, and he wasn't "selling" anything, really saying that he desired to provide an examination if the ceiling had leaks, ect. and a free bet. I advised him we've no roofing problems, he then thanked me for my time and hung up...No "rubuttals" or attaching to market something to me!

I received a phone-calls out of this person, he is having a roofing specialist, he said he was offering a free, no-obligation quote if we've roofing concerns. Ethical gentleman, but in addition very "to the point"

Robo dialed phone to the number that is unlisted - didn't keep information, merely a click.
