I get calls determined out of this same spot over and over on my cell. They always begin by saying they are some type of power corporation and are seeking investors. I let them know not to buzz anymore and get pissed each time, am on do not phone-calls list. Doesnt stop them. I do believe its Haliburton or BP and big-brother. Therefore possibly experience they are above the FCC regs and dont need certainly to adhere to the don't local call number.
