This guy (Shawn Rogers) has named me and my work possibly 100 times by now. Have made FTC Statement and authorities report. They'll not give a valid fax number to me to place a dissest and cease order. I'm unsure what direction to go now. They state they will proceed until I get fired from my work.

These idiots local call claiming to be bob or some "normal" looking name n the newest was edward moralis who claims there's a lawsuit filed against me n endangered imprisonment if i didnt cooperate. Since this so called so i believed it had been a con esp when they redused to provide me their address time-sensitive issue has continued for most months well i didnt cooperate.

I keep about me doing some sort of fraud from a dangerous guy and about two weeks ago from an American getting these calls. They allege that I've attempted scam and legal action might be taken against me. I have not removed a loan with this firm that they state I have or do I have any idea what they're referring to. They keep calling my family, my career and I have requested them to avoid calling but they will not. I am livid, particularly because my family freaked-out when they called and today they are contacting my work! I have placed a fraud alert on my credit file and filed a problem a couple of weeks before with the FTC. I am tired of them! The past phone-calls originated from a Bill Rogers.

It was a man who claimed to be John Smith with some fraud office with "imminent Prices" Scam theft by deception so on and so fourth extremely heavy hindi Feature, spoke broken english Retained stating he was legal counsel oneday and a cop another....Keeps contacting my job also. Its a spam phone-calls they need you to pay them cash they say you owe over a lot of something dollars and if you pay 550 today which will take care of it....Its a crock of bull and dont fall for it...If you've ever taken any kind of payday loan as well as applied for one they're stealing information and calling people...
