Today I received exactly the same automated phone-calls. Instantly I understood it was a FRAUD and I will not return or answer their calls. They've threatening for over 3 decades now.

Do not depend on the region code you see on your caller ID to find out their site. Most likely the number you see is spoofed, and the scammer's den is quite likely to be offshore.
