Calls out of this range have already been caused by various businesses and people, with Institution of Fisheries applied repeatedly.

Clearly scam or a telemarketer phone call. Our telephone company allows to to dam these calls. If yours does too discover,. It's well two it will take to dam them or worth the moment. I also get these undesirable calls on my fax range, so I've blocked them there aswell.
