rude and unpleasant people! Beats me how when they have such irritating and annoying individuals they be prepared to make business calling prospective customers... Don't the employers understand these unpleasant and irritating people are the very first effect prospects are getting of the enterprise... how challenging could it be to be polite and say "goodbye" before hanging up... Oh! That is correct... It is not hard at all! Show your employees to possess some manners!!!
