Type Number for Location Report

I've been getting atleast onecall aday out of this quantity for two months. I said hello twice before I was hung-up on and eventually answered today. I called the quantity back and got an automatic recording for Vivint Security Alarm. Sounds like they're just trying to sell ya something.

They named twice. Who is this?

Being Truly A IT manager I can let you know that is probably a fake number / caller-id, VOIP number, or one of several different ways illegal organizations can circumvent the Don't Call Registry. The business may be everywhere on the planet and effectively out of the authority of the FCC (although FCC is very lax in enforcing the Don't Call Registry). In my experience, their isn't a damn thing that can be done - it simply costs mobile phone users / people income.
