Have named my cell about 7 times in a wk leavin messages if my partner or i ddnt call portal collection back asap over a legal issue stating, they were gonna pursue criminal charges. Yesterday i inadvertently answered and the lady stated if we ddnt pay for a supposed badcheck fr 3 yrs before, plus a 900.00 wonderful, then she was gonna send a warrant out for my husbands charge!

Obtain mobile calls from a returned check is regarded by them from 3 years before. The check was for $30 and now they say I owe $295. They'll not send me a bill featuring what the expenses are and wish me to pay or they claim they will begin criminal cases. I refuse to supply account information over the telephone and said I would send a payment via money order and she said I can not do this and obligations are not permitted. She hungup on me, and threatening and was incredibly rude.

RCVD phone-calls on recently installed new company phone number, with serious sounding yet quite obscure message declaring to "phone call immediately a couple of scenario that concerns you". Thought a con because I've excellent credit, no obligations or bounced checks, and have had more than 25 telemarketer and attorney calls since getting it about the new range. Google looked Entrance Retrieval and discovered lots of info confirming my fraud doubts. Message Removed. They will not get a number back from me. :)

They named today @ midday, with caller id identifying them as "Gwinnett County," rather than Norwegian Cruise Lines. It absolutely was a recorded message, congratulating you from the cruise lines.
