Received my number excatly is asked for someone that was not me, and read again by a call from this number and they are for futhering your education something and asked if someone in my home or at this number is seeking to futher their education.

Get calls from.no one around the line.disconnects. I called back and was asked basically wanted my number put into the no call list. I included it...recording said, "Thanks"...then I got a buzz 4-5 hours later from the same quantity. That are they?
