This is a fraud, do not even answer your telephone. My desk phone number is listed under somebody a generic type name and left a note for me wanting for people with exactly the same generic last name. Caller ID revealed the calling party as Sallie Mae. The worst thing you cando is possibly answer your desk phone and talk to one of these brilliant idiots or number them back with whatever amount they leave you. The past thing you would like to do is acknowledge that there's a live person on your conclusion offered to talk to them.
