I RECEIVED A DESK PHONE LOCAL CALL FROM THE MR. COX... HE SAID THAT HE WAS FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF BANKING AND FINANCIAL DAMAGE, REPORTED THAT I OWED $ FOR A PAYDAY-LOAN THAT I NEVER TOOK OUT. AFTER TALKING WITH MY BANK TO BE SURE NOTHING WAS EVER DEPOSITED, I NAMED BACK... MR COX STATED THAT HE KNEW OUR SSN, HANDLE, BANK INFO AND KNEW THAT I HAVE KIDS... HE EXPLAINED I DID NOT KNOW THE POWER THAT HE HAS...HE SAID NEVER TO BE SUPRISED IF I TAKE MY KIDS TO SCHOOL AND SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY CAR WITH MY KIDS INSIDE IT, HE SAID THAT HE WILL NOT FEEL BAD MUST MY KIDS DIE IN A "UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT" BECAUSE I WON'T PAY AND THEN HE HUNG-UP. I've CALLED THE POLICE MANY TIMES AS THREATS AND THE MOBILE CALLS WILL NOT QUIT! I HAVE THIS FAKE BUSINESS AND CHANGED MY HAND-SET NUMBER HAS CALLED MY RELATIVES AND THREATENED THEM, WHAT THE-HELL CAN BE DONE????? ANY INFO CAN HELP AS THE LOCAL POLICE AREN'T DOING WORTHWHILE!!!

A transaction was demanded by a person having an asia feature on the fake loan.

I only had this occur to me today they said that i owed financing company income and that I'd be arrested in 24 to 48-hours and informed me i could not communicate with anyone or make payments or do something intill i took it to court. So i hung-up and my mom called and got some guy name i did and mom and Reham walker said can she phone-calls u back and the number was disconnected. so im creating a record with the police

I RECEIVED A PHONE-CALLS FROM A RONNIE COOPER (MAJOR MIDDLE EASTERN HIGHLIGHT) WHO STATED THAT HE WAS WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF INVESTIGATION AND THAT HE'D BE INSTALLING A CHECK FRAUD CASE AGAINST ME. HE REJECTED wHEN I ASKED FOR MORE INFORMATION. HE SAID THAT I WAS A CRIMINAL AND THAT HE DOES not RESPECT ME ENOUGH TO GIVE ME THEIR ADDRESS. I ACTUALLY DOCUMENTED THE ISSUE TO MY LAWYER TO HELP PURSUE

I've been receiving numerous calls starting 8/18/2010 both at my house and at work from a Jason White and Jessica Hawk expressing that they are using the State Inspections team. They stated check fraud had been committed by me and I have to pay a total of $300 bucks to them and verifly my information with them. I've no remembrance of owing everyone. I've never dedicated check fraud. They can't not provide any more information related to their handle to me, when I request clarification, regarding this matter. The guy called me a B**** and actually got upset. Thus skilled State and, right? Got to be scammers, since I've never known a company that threaten you and wont offer you their very own data. I told them i wasnt paying them something. However local call my occupation and they still continue steadily to harass me.

On Aguust 19, 2010 I received many messages from Mr. Rehan Walker proclaiming he was calling from the State Investigation Banking and Financial Legislation saying i determined check fraud and there was a cause for my arrest. The number he left is just a non-working number. And undoubtedly the stress his messages triggered when my mom recovered them since we both realized that it had been all lies. Could someone let me know who I can local call to report this individual? Thanks

SOMEONE BY AND tHIS NUMBER CALLED AND THE NAME MARK PETERSON LEFT ME A NOTE STATING THEY ARE FROM THE ATTORNEY STATES OFFICE AND WILL BE GETTING A CASE AGAINST ME FOR FRAUD. AFTER I REQUEST WHAT COMPANY THEY'LL NOT GIVE ME A NAME. THEY'LL NOT GIVE IT TOME wHEN I ASK WHAT IS THEIR ADDRESS. HE HAS LEFT MANY MEANING 4 TIMES TODAY 8/18/10 ON MY CELL AND AT MIGHT WORK 3X AND MY COUSIN CELL ONCE STATING THAT IF I FEAR FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE I WILL PHONE-CALLS AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I've mutiple message on my cell with these message and DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS AND THEY'LL NOT GIVE ME ANY INFO. I AM INCAPABLE OF FIND OUT BY THIS QUANTITY

Complete scam, i have never been aware of these people and Ashley is right, they desire 94.00 for this scam
