These calls are swamping me: A machine tells and calls me that I be eligible for a lowering of my Ameren Illinois rate. After about 30 of those, I decided to press 1 (or whatever) and inform them I am no Ameren consumer, and please remove me from their number. I get out the very first portion (not really a customer) and I am hung up on by them. It was therefore obnoxious, (and that I have been termed so much) that I called Ameren directly. But it isn't AMEREN These are telemarketers, trickily appearing as Ameren, trying to get me to change to a different electricity provider. I've been hung-up on over and over again, and am tired of being called on after I request to become removed from their listing and hungup. I have been for decades to the no-call registry. Thanks to your support.
