ive had this guy calling me for awhile. it stopped then started again which means this time I'd them playing along. its fraud. I've also described him for the internet fraud problem site together with calling my local PD. www.ic3.gov. I'd that loan out-but it has been settled. What happens is that this guy calls you up using the same point and encircles. He cant get data from you until you give it to him. They can obtain a large amount of information but not enough to get your cash or your banking account so do not give consent to him or sign any documents. The lender I used was kind enough to fill me in on the system when I asked them if they knew about any of it. They believed straight away male gentleman with indian feature claiming to be attorney and looking cash or threats insued with arrests and huge fines. I recently alerted the local PD, my bank and the internet scam site.
