just got a phone-calls from his irritating male. i was overdue on my yamaha fee. he told me the repo man was on his solution to pick up the motorcycle that my partner trips. Explained it was illegal that i did not put the bicycle in my name and have him drive it once in a little while. what a liar!! Then he gives info to wire the amount of money into a bank account to me and goes on. He gives his individual name, Jesus Andrade to me to make the payment to his bill. I called Model Finance myself and made the transaction. DONT TRUST HIM!!

Christ Andrade operates like a collection representative at Design Money firm. Attempts To act and presents himself as an area director, but he's nothing but a collection repetition. He will try to scare you and notify you that your equipment has gone out for repo as we speak and that the repo truck is on his solution to your house.DONT CONSIDER HIM! He reported the account hasbeen SEALED by Style Financing organization, and demanded payment in full for your loan. NOT THE CASE!! He then goes on to stating that you owe this much as I can re-finance the total loan...ostensibly tries to SHOCK you into creating a cost...dont think this Jerk! Christ is really a representative focusing on commission and he gets an advantage the faster the cost will come in...dont trust him!! All of this info was presented with tome with a rep at Product Financing.

Your bike simply got Repo'd for nonpayment. Don't you want someone should have notified you first? You can have made a payment, submitted a postdated check, got an extension or something?! You may not consider the repo man is certainly going knockon the door or local call your first? Because you function if you can't make the transaction or answer the calls within the daytime. Then at-least reply Jesus' calls to obtain recommendations to avoid the repo to start with.

HOW ABOUT YOU PAY YOUR BILLS ONTIME!!!! AND YOU WOULDNT NEED TO DEAL WITH SOME OF THIS IN THE INITIAL PLACE! RATHER THAN WASTING YOUR TIME ON THE WEB, GET A JOB AND PAY YOUR BILLS. STRAIGHTFORWARD!!!!!!!!

And why did you phone-calls your fee to be made by Product Finance again? Oh yeah...you were delayed & a bill collector called you...thatis right. And whenever you takeout a loan in your name because your boyfriend's credit is not good-enough to qualify...that's called... I am told by.um...wait don't...oh yeah! now I recall.... bank scam. You say do not trust him...if it weren't for him contacting you...you wouldn't have ever made for the man you're seeing & repo would have been a walking the motorcycle & your payment would-be out. But that's okay....don't trust him & just continue to "NOT SPEND" and keep consitently the security...just see what goes on. You should put him to your Christmas-Card list & thank him for warning you the cycle was about to get repo'd....not writing hate mail comments.

Its always better to only handle your company. If you claim you're likely to take action...simply do it! Do not make excuses as to the reasons you did not keep your word. What difference does it make in case a collection agent happens to really have a boss title or how he gets settled whether it's constant, salary, commission, reward...who cares...simply take care of your personal business & do not worry about others. This person who wrote this complaint is known as "A Web User"...really? and the collection consultant has the courage to use his real name...yet "A Web User" whois ashamed to use their real name really wants to offer y'all guide? People always complain when they're not warned....but if you try to alert them...they get angry too? So should people be informed or not? To be warned or not to be warned...that's the problem.
