Spammer. Like a dummy I set my handset # on a web-form for a voucher site. Within 48-hours I was being called by these morons. Eight times more than 3 days. I answered and eventually got irritated. They knew my name and I'd seemingly "packed in a form indicating fascination with their education program. Just What A load. I simply said. "No... and remove me from your phone-calls list". Yeah I am aware... but it does not hurt to use.
