I used to be having some difficulty understanding the final few words (I will have trouble distinguishing sounds), and after having a few efforts at clarification, the person hung up unceremoniously. I looked through to the internet telephone call from Microsoft - can it be the reaction from the Microsoft blog and also a hoax was that unsolicited calls will not be made by Microsoft, so these call will be a joke. I got a link to the National Trade Commission to report the event. Since I had a phonenumber (dropped the name document on my phone dont understand why), I reported it, although I guess the device number and name could be spoofed.
