J2 Global communications is asking as late as 8: 30pm est. I monitor them and me each day atleast the per day of 2x each time.

No exaggeration, I woke upto 26 overlooked calls from 1am-6am from a 90, illinois, canada, and oregon. I get possibly a slow beep, or either stop, or J2 voicemail, when i call-back. I've left 3 messages to them. It's been occurring for decades. I block the amount plus it assists briefly but ultimately they call having a new set of quantities along with the cycle begins again. I've to put my cellphone on sleep function each night so these folks do not wake me up AT&T explained there is nothing they are able to do, and that the owner is using CAT dialing, to struggle their phone number therefore it is always unique and random.
