Windham Professionals collection organization for Sallie Mae. They'll call at your home of employment no matter whether you let them know never to, are continual, and can not actually offer consent of the collection action which they find. They then tell you that they have the power to collect being an agency of the government which is really a rest and buy out the loans from Sallie Mae. They are a government company, the same as Boeing, etc., nevertheless, it does not cause them to become the government. Since the loans were bought out by them they are performing on their own behalf due to their own profit and gain.

Telemarketing, please don't Local Call this quantity!!!

To date this harrassment is the same as stalking. No body as of this residence comes with an uncollected debt. This harassment has-been documented!

The owner is Windham Specialists looking to collect a debt from a person no longer at my #. I had only had the # per week and they'd called 9 times. They are very obnoxious & don't seem to recognize that once they're expected to STOP calling, they are in breach of the fair debt collection act if they proceed (regardless of whois debt they are looking to accumulate). After 40 minutes to the hand-set with them, got their address and other information. Dismissed of the Letter of Attorney from a lawyer friend. It took just a few times for me to get 2 letters of apology and desk phone calls from numerous "administrators" & "Superiors" outlining it was a mixture-up and that they hope this did not damage my watch/opinion of these firm. HA, exactly what a SCAM! You're a debt collection company...you are garbage over a boot, scum of our planet, and a waste of time & space. Perhaps if they actually followed what the law States and had ETHICAL business.collection practices, they would not have this type of negative image!
