Type Number for Location Report

Oh wow if they named I'm thankful I didn't fall for this scam. I obtained a phone-calls from a female twice saying that she was planned to provide reports on Friday 2/12/14 to me. I didn't phone-calls back. they called again the next Monday and left another message and I called back seeking to speak with the woman who called and I was advised that she was a 'Approach server' that worked for 'Courier One' but I was transferred to the guy who is 'handling my account'. I spoke with this guy (named Joe Romano) and informed him when I did certainly owe this money, I'd gladly clean up my debt (a long period before I was in a difficult place and did take advantage of some payday-loans. I didn't remember this specific company, Income Call but I was providing them with the main benefit of the doubt) however, I'd need certification that i did owe this money since when I did research on this consideration, the company they claim I owe money to was sealed and never appeared on my credit report. The guy kindly explained that once this event goes to court, he couldn't support me but could save me the extra court, attorney, wage garnishments, and late charges if I'd simply make the cost of nearly 1600 on the loan that he stated I got of 800. I again reiterated that basically owed it so I can solve debt written down I'd love to obtain the data. He did lots of sighing and appeared somewhat stressed because all he was doing was attempting to assist me basically'd just give him a credit-card number. He reported that Mr. Zimmerman purchased this account from Money Buzz and just really desired to get me out of trouble. Eventually (after he repeated my handle about 6 instances) he consented to send me anything written down but I had a need to contact him as soon as I got the notice. I said I'd do this when the files demonstrate I'm sensible. Well I obtained my 'files' in the mail yesterday and it is very OFFICIAL. The target to me is handwritten (however it is postmarked Buffalo, NY). the return address can be handwritten using a PO Box as a return, The notification is on a standard little bit of copy paper and at the bottom it states itis a non-notarized copy of an affidavit. Im assuming this is to create it seem more standard. That it is somewhat comical. I might have fallen for these convincing practices, basically were a bit younger but I'm not confident. I am exactly about paying my debt but I'm-not interested in being robbed. Waste on your, Zimmerman for trying to take benefit of individuals who are currently in a hardcore enough position to own to take out a pay day loan. I understand that you are just doing your work but you have to learn it's inappropriate. Despite Having the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act aside...this is only a wrong-way to go about accomplishing things. The fella i chatted with was kind and wasn't threatening me but attempting to convince me that he was only supporting. Joseph J, Romano (if that's your name)...you may be an asset to your legitimate company...I think you have skills when controling people but you work for a crooked company. G. S. the Wednesday that a process machine was to show up at my door...they didn't. Please do not fall for these alarming ways. Simply contact the company immediately. Also, the gentleman that I spoke with said there is a 'refusal to comply' alert on my account.

They mentioned the name was James Miller, they called our house and left terrible msgs. Please don't get fooled.

This guys has called numerous times...threatening with summons, etc.now some dude from dade county calls (on the sunday) and suggests he must affirm some information with me, but then never leaves a numberJERKS

i think that there are reputable persons trying to pay their debt, but dont wish to pay in to a scam if that is what this is...so having this forum is effective to some...appears like if you were legit you would have better activities to do than crash the forum.

I've been getting calls also. Threatening to sue me and have me arrested. I dont answer nowadays, however I STILL GET COMMUNICATIONS. They often say all the best with my case.
