Ask them for that collectors contact info...and how much you owe,when was it obtained,and a hand-set number to reach the lender right...remember should they can not or won't offer you some of this info then the organization isn't LEGIT. ALSO REMEMBER even when they do give it to you they still might not be legit...if they only give name to the creditor...look them up and phone call and request the creditor immediately. They will tell you if you owe no matter what location and which creditor has a desk phone number and your data to reach them

They leave an automatic message telling me to local call back regarding a municipal arbitration that's been registered in their workplace and buzz every-day. First, I benefit arbitrations and attorneys are not submitted in a bill collector's company. Second, they make an effort to use a shock tactic by saying my name and social security number are associated with the civil negotiation. Who cares? These people are the scum of our planet and everybody is on to their illegal business practices.

Got a phone-calls out of this number today seeking my husband. He advised if anyone requires him to mention they have the incorrect number and never presents this number out. Well the woman asked for him and I said you have the incorrect number she asked if this really is...and said my name. I said no, you have the incorrect number. She proceeded to express she talked to him several days ago with this amount. I realized she was laying. Once I started to ask questions she hung-up on me.
