I just got a phone using this range... .They offer as IRS agencies into transmitting them and can scare you a large amount of money to stay your tax-debt. This is a SCAM.do not believe people that are this low-life slow. Hang up , nor speak to them. In addition to this, Block this quantity out of your desk phone

Worrying that that weare from the government and the number is called by me also it said that it had been not really a quantity that is logical. The same stuff these others are worrying.

This number showed up on my home phone 716 -206-3218. The message said it was the IRS and to call 1-800-8297650, with a case number by close of business. It didnt say who the message was for. When I get calls with a message and phone number I dont recognize, I search the numbers on the Internet 99.9% of the time its a scam. Think about it.....the IRS already have the info that youre being asked by some unknown caller. If you owe them, or they they owe you, they contact you through the by U.S. mail. Even If the caller leave a number listed on the IRS website, they will not call and leave a message for a no named person (UNLESS you have had prior arrangements made with them).

Continue Steadily To receive calls using this number everyday. Whether I answer the device or it visits voicemail, it is a pre recorded message. They usually mention they are to phone call back during business hours and with the IRS. Called the government with all the reference number they provide and IRS does not have any record of it.

The phone number (716)206-3218 has-been calling me once or twice aday for weeks. I also changed my desk phone number & before I gave my number out to anyone they termed AGAIN on my new phone number They'd phone call & it'd be considered a recorded message indicating it was the IRS requesting me to phone call them back at 1(800) 829-7650 with event number 9155944144. I would buzz back & get a recorded voice saying it had been the IRS asking for my SS or owner expansion. I would place in the scenario #3 times then just keep hitting zero after being on hold for a couple of mins I got a hold of a guy who presented his last name & an ID requesting for my SS when I inquired who he was and where he was from he started to get flustered & threatened to number the authorities due to my tax fraud. I then installed up.I call the actual IRS who told me it sounded such as a scam & that while you can be contacted by the IRS by hand-set they'll constantly affirm their name, ID, & specific division. He did request my SS so he could keep notes on my account but I advised him in light of what was happening I did not feel comfortable giving that to him. He stated that was great while he provided me the for the U.S Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration or TIGTA & put me onhold. I chose to buzz the 1(800) 829-7650 range back while I was awaiting a remedy from TIGTA. I had been on-hold w/the con number for long enough for me to file a study w/TIGTA. When I finally responded I chose to document everything. She offered her last name & identity. I then informed her I had gotten like 4 calls per day from this number & I desired to know very well what it absolutely was regaurding & gave her the 9155944144 scenario number. She looked it up & asked me if my name was Shane (which it is not. I know from text messages that Shane was the prior owner of my new hand-set number) I told her I didn't know anybody by that name & she asked for my phone number so she might go on it off the record. I informed her if she could simply take it down since she already had it. My hand-set number is then read by her out to me & told me I ought to quit getting calls. I said thanks & asked for her name & section again. She explained her last name & said she was with the government. I said Okay, what office She said IRS. I inquired what section within the IRS & she said no matter as you are not the individual we're calling for. I asked again for the team so I would know who to contact easily keep receiving calls. Again she said government (at this aspect she was getting really annoyed & upset at me). I said ok because I'm taking the talk & need to know what department I'm confirming for the authentic government I only want to know the department.
