My guess it's a scammer. There's a great deal of noise within the background, appears like there's perhaps a TV on while in the background or a radio. They call me about three or four times each day and they don't remedy, then they hangup you. I callback and that I obtain a message that is recorded that the range is not inservice. But they nevertheless carry on calling again and again in the same phone number. Why I am wondering that it's a Scammer, that's.
