She declined to provide the name of the collector quoting privacy laws avoid them from this that will be not completely true to me. She also mentioned they cannot keep an email using their organization name because of privacy regulations which can be also not correct. In writing showing who the creditor is, the amount, etc. She explained they'd sent a notification I needed a notice however they can only just set a Box not the creditor because of privacy. I subsequently advised her when they can not give contact info, who your debt is for, the amount or other things that I would not be spending around the expected debt and to eliminate my cellphone from their record.
