I then found out by setting my response machine to reply after the 6th or fifth ring,these types of crank calls hang up following the 4th. I pick up even if they're leaving a note if someone wish to talk to me that I understand. It is deleted by me afterwards. I dismiss over 90 percent of my calls in this way.
