Received a phone-calls from a person using the name Michael Sansone and stated he was with "Cambridge & Stein". Explained that I was being prosecuted in a fraud case and that I was being served with court documents, but that he wanted to touch base with me first. Yeah right... After some investigation I found out that he's essentially working with several people being a scavenger, gathering home elevators aged payday-loans that have gone into default and wanting to illegally acquire resources. He calls my 71 yr old Mother regularly to jeopardize her on the telephone and harasses a former friend too. Whenever he calls I've filed a complaint with the FTC and revise them frequently, I suggest other people who has been contacted by him do exactly the same.

Received a phone-calls from a dude using Lisa McMichaels who had been attempting to collect on a debt to the name. Long story short, I ended up being forced to file a complaint with the FTC and my state's attorney general's office because not merely did she falsely state that I was declining to attain an agreement amicably and then disconnect the call, when I called back, she lied about hanging up on me and then required a debit card from the overnight to start monthly obligations. #'s claiming to be lawyer's offices threatening me with legal measures and accusing me of fraud since that time I've received telephone calls from different 704. These folks are the techniques their using to use and gather are illegitimate and a scam. Do not talk with them or give them a cent.

He also threatened me with arrest and a man, who'd not give his name, called from this # and using my vehicle, etc...They called my family and told them I'd a forgery charge against me. He was quite unprofessional and he also said he wanted me luck and they certainly were arriving at my house.

They called last night and seemed odd and threatning but they said most of the wrong labels but at the conclusion of the decision he said "good luck" im like if it was a genuine subject it wasnt perfessional. lol.
