Goes by the name of Jeff Morgan. Incurred a down-payment for a tractor on the credit card (proved to be a stolen card #). Then expected to demand the transport fees to ship it to Ghana West Africa. Required us to forward these expenses via Western Union. Up to now has provided us 5 different creditcard #, which we've reported for the issuing banks. Do not conduct business with everyone contacting out of this #.
